How would this day of been complete without the meat. Thanks to Mike for his zest for grilling, and Zoë for putting up with it, and his rub and guidance on cooking two fabulous pork roasts for our meal today. These babies cooked for about 7 hours and were absolutely wonderful! Thanks Mike and Zoë!
